Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement", "Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the User, and Arta4D (hereinafter referred to as "Arta4D", "we", "us", or "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the Arta4D website located at https://arta4d.asia and all associated services, products, content, and features offered therein (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing, registering, or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference, such as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including visitors, registered members, and VIP account holders. Arta4D reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notification. The most current version of this document will always be available on this page.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

Account Eligibility

3.1 Minimum Age Requirement

You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register an account and access the Services offered by Arta4D. This age restriction applies universally and without exception. Arta4D strictly prohibits the use of its Services by minors. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all associated funds may be forfeited pending investigation.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Services are directed primarily at users resident in Malaysia. It is the User's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing the Platform and using the Services is lawful under the laws of their country, state, or territory of residence. Arta4D does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable laws. Users who access the Platform from restricted jurisdictions do so at their own risk and are solely liable for any legal consequences arising therefrom.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one active Account on the Platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Arta4D reserves the right to permanently close all duplicate accounts and withhold any balances therein pending investigation.

3.4 Employees and Associates

Employees, contractors, directors, officers, and immediate family members of Arta4D or its affiliates, partners, or software providers are not eligible to register an account or participate in any promotional activity without prior written approval from Arta4D management.

Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of Services, Users are required to complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including a valid full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Arta4D reserves the right to request additional information at any stage of the registration or operational lifecycle of an Account.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

Users warrant that all information provided during registration and thereafter is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Users must promptly update their account information if any registered details change. The provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and may render any outstanding balance non-withdrawable.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. Arta4D strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on all accounts. You must notify Arta4D immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. Arta4D shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

4.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Arta4D is committed to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and the prevention of financial fraud. Prior to processing any withdrawal request exceeding the applicable threshold, or at any time at its sole discretion, Arta4D may require a User to complete KYC verification by submitting:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian NRIC or passport)
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement dated within the preceding 90 days)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by the Arta4D compliance team

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by Arta4D may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges and, where deemed necessary, the closure of the Account.

Terms of Use

5.1 Personal Use Only

The Services are provided for your personal entertainment and use only. You may not use the Platform on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any third party. The use of automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with the Platform in an automated manner is strictly forbidden unless expressly authorised in writing by Arta4D.

5.2 Acceptable Use

By using the Platform, you agree that you will not:

• Access the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, or associated systems
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material
• Intentionally introduce viruses, trojans, worms, or other malicious software to the Platform
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology underlying the Platform
• Use the Platform in a way that could damage, overburden, or impair the Platform or the experience of other Users

5.3 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. These rules are published within the relevant section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of a discrepancy between a general rule and a sport-specific rule, the sport-specific rule shall prevail. Arta4D reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, whether by the User or as a result of a technical fault or pricing error.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Arta4D supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for Malaysian users: DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Bitcoin (BTC), and USDT (TRC-20). All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless explicitly stated otherwise for cryptocurrency transactions.

6.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount is RM50. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. Arta4D reserves the right to modify these limits at any time.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes for verified accounts using DuitNow or FPX during standard operating hours. Processing times may be extended for accounts pending KYC verification, or where a transaction has been flagged for compliance review. Arta4D is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

6.4 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your Arta4D Account originate from a legitimate source and are not derived from any illegal activity. Arta4D complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and may report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by law.

6.5 Withdrawals to Original Method

Arta4D reserves the right to require that withdrawals be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to practical feasibility. Where this is not possible, alternative arrangements may be made at the discretion of the Arta4D finance team, subject to satisfactory identity verification.

Promotions & Bonuses

7.1 General Promotion Terms

All promotions, bonuses, and special offers made available by Arta4D are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses issued by Arta4D are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be stated in the promotion-specific terms. Game contribution rates apply — slot games typically contribute 100% towards rollover, while table games and live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate of 10%–20%.

7.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While a bonus is active in your Account, the maximum single bet or wager permitted is as specified in the relevant promotion terms, typically not exceeding MYR 25 per spin or MYR 250–500 per bet, unless the promotion explicitly states a higher limit. Placing bets in excess of the stated maximum during active bonus play may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

7.4 Abuse of Promotions

Arta4D operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Activities that constitute abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times, hedging bets to artificially satisfy rollover requirements at minimal risk, and coordinating with other users to claim bonuses collectively. Arta4D reserves the right to void bonuses, forfeit associated winnings, and close accounts where abuse is identified.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the Arta4D Platform and will result in immediate account suspension and/or permanent closure:

• Fraud and Cheating: Any attempt to defraud Arta4D or other users, including but not limited to the use of exploits, software vulnerabilities, or collusion with other users.
• Match Fixing: Participation in, facilitation of, or wagering on any event that has been subject to manipulation, including match-fixing arrangements in Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, or any other league.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematic exploitation of pricing discrepancies between Arta4D and other platforms for guaranteed profit without genuine sporting interest.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access or operate your Account, or accessing another person's Account without authorisation.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unjustified chargebacks or payment reversals through Maybank, CIMB, Touch 'n Go eWallet, or any other payment provider after funds have been applied to your Account.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for the purposes of laundering, concealing, or converting funds of illegal origin.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the exclusive property of Arta4D or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior express written permission of Arta4D.

The Arta4D name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of Arta4D. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting any licence or right to use these marks without the prior written consent of Arta4D.

Limitation of Liability

10.1 No Warranties

The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty, express or implied. Arta4D makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of the Platform at any given time.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Arta4D shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether or not Arta4D has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.3 Technical Interruptions

Arta4D does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. In the event of a technical fault, server outage, or connectivity failure during the course of a bet or gaming session, Arta4D will endeavour to resolve the issue and may, at its discretion, void affected bets and return staked funds to the affected accounts. Arta4D shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a direct result of such interruptions.

Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Termination by User

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting Arta4D support via live chat or email. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests must be completed and your Account balance must be zero, or any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method following identity verification.

11.2 Termination by Arta4D

Arta4D reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable platform rules
• Provision of false or misleading registration information
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• A Court order or instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months

11.3 Funds Upon Closure

Upon Account closure not arising from User breach, any legitimate real-money balance will be returned to the User via the original deposit method following satisfactory identity verification. Bonus credits and associated pending rollover requirements are non-withdrawable and will be forfeited upon Account closure, irrespective of the circumstances.

Amendments

Arta4D reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and for any reason. Where a material change is made, Arta4D will endeavour to notify registered Users via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms came into force. All prior versions are superseded and no longer applicable.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which Arta4D operates.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising between you and Arta4D, you are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. Arta4D will make reasonable efforts to resolve all disputes promptly and fairly.

Where an informal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days of the dispute being raised, the matter may be referred to formal arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral body. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

13.3 Waiver of Class Action

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that all claims will be resolved on an individual basis and that you will not bring or participate in any class action or other collective proceeding against Arta4D.

Responsible Gambling

Arta4D is firmly committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care to our members seriously.

The following tools are available to all registered Arta4D Users:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Automated notifications alert Users when a predefined play session duration has elapsed.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may voluntarily request exclusion from the Platform for a minimum of 30 days up to an indefinite period by contacting Arta4D support.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen prompts remind Users of the duration of their current session and total net position.
